We invite you to make yourself at home for your stay in Provence at this beautiful villa, located just a few minutes from the village of Ménerbes, in the heart of the Luberon.

Nestled within a private, secure estate of 19 villas, this newly built home features a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean trees and a private 7×3-meter pool. The 84-square-meter villa comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. Fully equipped and air-conditioned, it offers every comfort for an unforgettable vacation in the Luberon !

The bright and elegant house opens up to the outdoors. It is located within the private Terre Aquila estate, in a lush and peaceful setting, just a few minutes from the village of Ménerbes, one of the most beautiful villages in the Luberon. An ideal setting for stays with family or friends, combining comfort, modernity, and tranquility.

The house features, on the garden level, a bright and cozy living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, featuring a contemporary design in natural tones. The dining area and living room open up to the outdoors through large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing plenty of natural light. A laundry room and a half-bath are also located on this level.

The upper floor is reserved for the sleeping quarters and includes:

• one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room
• one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a closet,
• one bedroom with a bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), ideal for children,
• one bathroom with a toilet.

You have access to a garage and a parking space.

During your stay, you can enjoy the estate’s communal grounds, which feature a pétanque court, a table tennis table and a basketball hoop.

For your comfort and safety, the swimming pool has an automatic roller shutter. The water is chlorinated.
