Upon entering, the ground floor reveals a beautiful, welcoming living area where the fully equipped kitchen with a central island opens seamlessly onto the living room, creating a cosy space perfect for spending time together. A utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and wine cellar, as well as a guest toilet, complete this level with practicality.

Upstairs, the sleeping area is perfectly configured to accommodate up to 6 guests in complete comfort :
