Behind its understated architecture, Villa Sophia reveals bright, open spaces that flow seamlessly into the outdoors. The ground floor features a beautiful reception area combining a living room and a fully equipped kitchen in a decidedly convivial spirit. Large bay windows naturally extend the living spaces onto an elegant terrace covered by a pergola, a veritable open-air room where family lunches and summer evenings can be savoured.

A master suite with an en-suite shower room also enjoys direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, offering a particularly welcome level of comfort. A utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a guest toilet, complete this floor.

Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms with ample storage space welcome family and friends into a gentle, soothing atmosphere. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the layout of the villa.

The villa features an air-conditioning system in all rooms with individual thermostats, as well as a garage and a parking space in front of the villa.

Outside, the Provençal way of life comes into its own. Facing west, the terrace enjoys the most beautiful late-afternoon light, whilst the private swimming pool (7 m x 3 m), edged with natural stone, becomes the heart of summer days. From sunbathing to meals in the shade of the pergola and aperitifs at sunset, every moment is lived to the rhythm of Provence.

Residents also benefit from a vast communal landscaped park of nearly 4,000 m², a true natural extension of the property. A pétanque court, table tennis table, basketball hoop and walking areas all contribute to the estate’s exclusive yet family-friendly atmosphere.
