Coronavirus: the cleaning measures implemented in our rental villas

Ma Villa en Provence adapts to welcome you safely during the coronavirus epidemic ! We have put in place strict measures on the cleaning of the villas so that your holidays will be serene. Here is everything you need to know before your stay in one of our villas in Provence.

At the end of each rental, the team of Ma Villa en Provence intervenes systematically to clean and disinfect the villa. The people in charge of cleaning the house protect themselves by wearing disposable and waterproof gloves as well as a mask and a disposable gown.

Once the cleaning is completed, the worn protections are removed and thrown away and the staff washes their hands

Strict cleaning instructions

The cleaning of the villas takes place in two stages to reduce the risk of infection – a first stage of cleaning with soap and water and then, a disinfection step to remove germs and impurities using household chemicals.

All the most affected surfaces in the house are then cleaned and disinfected, such as tables, chairs, handles, sofas, banisters, switches, remote controls, closets, toilets, sinks, outdoor furniture, etc.

Bed linen and bath linen are being washed at 60 degrees to remove any viruses. Mattresses are disinfected with a steam cleaner.

During and after the cleaning, the windows and doors of the villas are wide open to ventilate the rooms and circulate air.

Finally, all our swimming pools are treated with chlorine. They are therefore constantly disinfected and clean.

Help us and protect yourself!

During your stay in one of our villas, you will find a larger stock of toilet paper and handkerchiefs at your disposal.  The team of Ma Villa en Provence will also live you a supplu of:

• Hydroalcoholic gel
• Antibacterial wipes
• Antibacterial household products
